Industrial gateways empower 5G factories, setting a new benchmark for smart manufacturing

A large-scale automobile parts production base has taken the lead in completing the comprehensive deployment of the 5G network and, with the help of the G51 5G industrial router independently developed by HOMTECS technology, successfully achieved the intelligent reconstruction of the entire factory production management system, ushering in a new era of 5G factories.
Thanks to the strong support of China Mobile, the production base has achieved high-quality 5G network coverage in the workshop. On this basis, HOMTECS technology provides the G51 5G industrial router as the connection core, building a stable bridge between production equipment and the remote management platform. The G51 connects to key devices such as PLCs, industrial control hosts, and controllers in the workshop through gigabit Ethernet ports or RS485 serial ports, enabling high-speed collection of production data and issuance of instructions.
